Mimiteh
She stood in line with her troop in front of their commander. Chusa next to her, he's taller than her by a foot and a half. He always made fun of her height. Never got on her nerves though. Today they'll be proving themselves on a patrol on the far west border connecting to the Ever Moor Flock's territory.
The troop shall be flying in pairs. And she wasn't supposed to turn into a human untill she sees a truspasser. Dusk was the turn int time for the troop,Good thing Kipuri packs the best snacks.

Erianik shifted and flexed his talons, wondering how everyone else was so calm. If he messed up, well, he didn't really know. He was anixous, that was for sure. He looked over at the much calmer Mimiteh on his right. He wondered if he was the only one who had a restless night.

Mimiteh
Mimiteh cracked a smile just before they took off. She was the first one in the air. Her blue-grey wings flapped once, twice and she was five meters ahead of her troopmates. The wind in her feathers made her instincts kick in. Her eyes zeroed in on something in the distance. The Goshawk girl let out a cry and narrowed in on the target.

Kaerina sat on a large rock, scanning the ground for prey. A rabbit twitched, and Kaerina was off. She felt the jolt as her talons slipped into the rabbit, and carried it back to her tribe, before turning around and searching for another.

(Within a half-mile. She can see it quite clearly. And if you are planning to cross the border, remember, harpy eagles ave up to six inch talons. Just sayin. :-P)

Mimiteh
She tackled a running rabbit. Even if they wern't hunting patrol nobody else had a snack. Only a whisker went over the border as she sunk her tallons into its soft flesh. It screeched seconds before it died. She turned back into a human, her boots in the snow and her gloved hands on the cotton tail. "I got you some breakfast troop!", She said tossing the rabbit at one of the many males in her troop. Chusa gave her the stink eye, but it only rolled off her back. Like always.
She stepped off the border back into their official territory and smiled as the troop shared.
(Goshawks may be smaller but they sure pack a punch *wink*)

Seeing a blatant disregard for the rules that govern the flocks, Kaerina took off, and landed right beside the border. "That rabbit was on my side of the border. Return it, or I may use you to sharpen my talons," Kaerina said, inspecting her talons with fake modesty.
(Just because they pack a heck of a punch doesn't mean they can beat a harpy eale; harpy eagles pack considerably more punch.)

Mimiteh
The young avian looked over at the hunter. "It was mostly on my side of the territory, keep your beak shut.", A razor sharp glare came from her brown eyes. Her blonde hair blew in the wind between the Ever moor and the troop of youth. "Anyway, if you touch those chicks you'll be flying away without an eye.", A deep firmilliar voice sounded. A light blonde haired scarred warrior walked up. His eyes were cold as he stared at the bird infront of him.
He blocked his sibling with his left arm. "Kipuri, we're fine! I could of beat her!", Mimiteh complained.
"No, Mimi.", He scolded." She has a stronger bird than you do.". Mimiteh growled at him.
