-Drop from named enemies in fest zone
-Sometimes drop from regular enemies
-Buy from fest shop
-Buy from diamond shop
-Buy from broker
-Check the item sales forum for specific species catas

What catalyst do you need?
I have [Faelora] Ripe Plum, [Nytekrie] Voodoo Master and [Sylvorpa (Aged)] Unstable Potion that I'm not using.
