At this point, the same people are constantly getting chosen fest after fest after fest, and to some of us younger players, it kinda sucks.

So I'm proposing a restriction on who can enter fests.

Say you win one of the pet design contests...

You wouldn't be allowed to enter the next one, or for a set number.

This would allow other people to have a higher chance of being picked, thus resulting in more diverse designs, not just ones from set designers.

Or another option is restricting how many designs can be chosen from one person, or how many we can enter.

Im open to suggestions on this idea and improvments. This is an idea we threw together late at night.

If someone is good at designing, it would be unfair to disqualify them because their design was chosen previously. I'd rather the admins have have a great selection to choose from, rather than feel pressured to choose a design that might be less than ideal.

I can understand the frustrations of seeing the same names as winners over and over, though. But good designs that the community enjoys is more important, to me personally, at least.

I believe there should be something in place as a limit number of time on how many a person can win a fest. contest. This would open the door for others to win, as well as boost interest for those that think oh well so and so will win again so what's the point of entering. It will give them a reason to enter so to speak, and possibly perk more interest for those that haven't thought about entering.

I am in no means saying that those that win should not be able to enter in another festival, or perhaps nother contest. It is just the once they have won before, say theme pet design or avatar outfit design should sit out the next one at least in the following festival. That way it opens the door for others.

And yes I know they whom win over and over are great at it, but again. It can be disheartening for those that see those names over and over again, because they believe they will never have a chance. And true they whom lose can look to those that win for inspiration on being better, but when you see something amazing you are subconsciously if not completely aware of your own inaptitude. You begin doubt yourself and your own capabilities when you shouldn't. This would help in a way bolster esteem in a sense of the word for others.

Mind you it is just a suggestion.
