I've recently started designing pets and wanted to try my hand at the fall festival design contest. Any feed back is awesome but I have some specific questions below if you don't know what to say.
1) Do you like the name?
2) Do the colors work in their slots? Should any be switched?
3) Do the traits I'm displaying look nice and show variety?

From just these two theme designs, I get the sense that you're good at coming up with unique and fitting ideas for festivals.
I quite like the parchment aurleon design, and the name suits it very well.
The one bit of criticism I have for that one is that you could try changing some of the colours a little so that none of them are exactly the same, because you can't tell if some of them are visible or not (particularly when I tried G1)
With the morkko, all of your colours are really saturated, which means that even though you have different colours, there isn't as much contrast as you could have and it can be a little overwhelming. To decide on a name, or to make a design overall, it often helps to look up pictures to have a sort of guide or inspiration if you haven't already.
When it comes to selecting traits, you have definitely shown some variation between the two examples of each design. Something I did notice though, is that on each theme design there was one trait slot that neither example had a trait in, which is probably just something to be aware of and avoid.
I usually make my theme designs show all 6 traits, which is personal preference, but I prefer it because it's harder to make a design that works well with all the traits showing, and in the process I always have to make lots of changes and fixes, which I think is a good thing :P
I really hope I didn't come off as harsh at any point, if I did that wasn't my intention. I also hope you find this helpful, and good luck designing in the future!

It wasn't harsh at all, that was actually exactly the kind of feedback I was looking for. Thank you so much and I will definitely be taking some of your advice!
