Is this your first time buying a golden egg? If so, check your inventory. A golden egg is an item and so will not be found in your hatchery when bought.

No. I haven't bought one yet. But I don't ever see in the scale shop.

Golden eggs appear randomly when the eggs cycle ever 15 minutes, so you'll only see them sometimes. Just check back with the scale shop every 15 min and you'll find one eventually.
