I have been arguing today about whether or not to buy a September Item, or an October Item, and I guess that I'll just ask you guys! :33 Which one?

Aha well it's kind of hard to say, since no one knows what the October items are yet. You could always buy a few from September that you like and a few from October.

My advice is: If its not an item you love, then its better to wait.
If you love the September items then do it. But if you only kind of like them, then wait for October, you might like them more. Though you can always sell an item you only kind of liked for gold, there is that.

^Agreed. Don't waste your diamonds unless you see yourself loving it. xD
How you value items (wearables in this case) and your diamonds is up to you.
For me, I value mine extremely high and as if I can't afford to use them at all. That being said, I only bought one custom item from this set because I liked the design (and I intended to buy others' items if they didn't like theirs).
Ask yourself, am I going to use this item repeatedly enough to get the diamonds' worth out of it?
At least, that's what I ask myself.
If yes, buy it.
If no, then don't. You can simply preview it in your wardrobe without owning it and toss around the idea of having it, then if you really want to just WEAR it for awhile, ask someone that you trust/trusts you to borrow the item. Or buy it yourself in gold/etc.
Whatever works for you. What I wrote above is my 2 cents. xD;
