Mirrored Sunglasses and Lupora Tail can both be found in the avatar shop and can be bought with diamonds. The Lupora Tail pack is 300 diamonds and the sunglasses are 100 diamonds.

The Dragon Guardian Outfit is a retired monthly outfit. However, all monthly outfits are rereleased for the Black Friday event in November. You'll need to buy the set (probably about 1000 diamonds) but often times people will split the cost and items in a set.
