I know it's purebred, and whatever, and I think it's descended from themes or something?
Could someone please clarify? Thanks.

Iy means that a pet is a decendent from only one theme

PB is Purebred/Purebreed, and means a pet is descended purely from a single theme, with no unthemed pets or different theme pets.
All pets in their ancestry will eventually lead to a pet of one single theme name, like so:
