It is a forum item I bellieve...currently there have been none up for sale, so I have no idea what its worth, but I do tend to think it'd be quite pricey.
So, am taking offers.

Just a correction. It's an old monthly item. Sets of items used to be released monthly and could only be purchased with diamonds. Currently all monthly items are rereleased during the Black Friday sale for diamonds only.

Monthly...okay then...one time a year thing, still awfully rare. Has a forum icon I thought---still get confused as those icons are kind of hard to read for me.

It's a calendar icon, actually. Forum items have Fai's face at them and are found at the front of the wardrobe right after the explore items.
That said, I'll offer 100k. :)
