Star Rune fail

I had high hopes, but that peacock tail just kind of ruins it...

Not quite right...something about that yellow...love the scales though.

Don't ask me why, but when I bred her parents for some reason this thought crossed my mind, "The color scheme on these two could potentially look good together" I was definitely wrong and ended up creating this beauty XD
She would actually be really pretty if the red was changed to a white, light brown, or a pale gray though.

I was so happy when this boi hatched because it's kind of rare (In my opinion) to get a pink Patriotic Zolnixi, then he grew up and I didn't even know how to react to his wings.

Here's another one of those, 'Wow, their color schemes would look great together!' disasters.
I actually kind of like this disaster though, she's pretty in a unique way.

And another one that I though would look nice, I'm apparently really bad at pairing sylesti based on their color schemes.

In my opinion this lil' guy is incoherently pretty but most would probably disagree.

Here's another oops that I for some reason find to be pretty even though most would think she's hideous. The orange kind of downgrades her beauty but I still think she looks nice.

I thought this one was horrible at first but I've grown to like her over time.

The wings on these two are major offsets but for some reason I liked them and now their two of my favorites.

I'm sure I'll be adding to this list soon considering how many randomly bred eggs and hatchling are in my hatchery.

This one's a potential opps just from looking at the color scheme on his profile but there is that off chance he'll come out really nice.

You can already see the problem.

She was supposed to be beautiful. How did it come to this?

He was supposed to be a rainbow baby in my pride project.

He was supposed to be something like his bro but something went wrong :(

His bro:

The colors are okay, but the traits are a bit uninspired:

In comparison, her daddy was quite the wild find. I just had to brighten his base orange and there you have it. I've been looking for a suitable mate for fantastic color splashing every since.

Woops.

He's weird, but I LIKE him:

His sister is not quite so weird, alas, but I still like that yellow:

She's the first pet I bred, but she also looks terrible

And I think he looks weird

I think they're related somehow? It would take me forever to find out though
