"What were you travelling in before? If it was at her home port, I think she may be more intelligent than you take her for.. buying a ship gives her country money and helps the economy, especially if it's a hefty one."

"I originally travelled in a Beginner's Merchant ship, but she made me upgrade to a Light Whatever-you-call-it." Ivan said. He sighed. "Apparently, my small boat wasn't good for her."

"She is very intelligent then." her hand slammed down on the table as she laughed, "Those Baltic pirates can fire close enough to the shore to even hit the small ships.. you'd have been wrecked immediately. Especially if you planned to travel anywhere near Copenhagen."
