I have not been able to do them for some time now...they havent reset for me at all. Are they still on manual and you havent had the time to reset them or....am I glitched? xD

Yea. I haven't been able to make anymore progress on them.
I am going to try and either get more tasks added or get more buildings added today (Saturday). And then also get the auto script rolling.
