Darrian grimaced. She shot out the Bayard's green hook, and watched it soar across the room and into the wall. Taking a deep, excited breath, she swung towards a solider, her legs out stretched to kick him in the metal face.

(Lets just skip to Cori finding the Red lion then we can defeat the galra fleet, get the black lion, and do episode 2 antics 'some assembly required')

Heidi shot down more ships,"Where are these coming from?" As soon as the last small ship fell all that was left was the largest one. "Cori, do you have your lion yet?"

The solider toppled over, and Darrian cried out as reinforcements shot at her. Dodging a blast she raised her shield. She kept her other hand to her side, blood soaking the gloves. Darrian figured out the comm system before announcing, "I've been hit."

"Try to -kssssht- get som--- saf--" Kai shouted, his comms static filled due to taking a couple of blasts. Kai's head was throbbing from the damage sustained to the lion, he hoped they would be able to finish the battle soon. Most of the army was depleted now, but the only ships left were the flagships and a few very strong ones.

Cori found the lion.."hey bud" he asked patting the barrier surrounding it.Nothing happened.."Bud?",still nothing.Some small alarm bell went off in cori's head.He heard two galra guards..."Shoot" he turned on his heels.They both charged and he grabbed the gun of one and shot both of them.5 more came out."Uhh bud now would be a good time to open" he said to the lion frantically.He slammed a button on a console oping a air vent that sucked the galra soldiers in.Along with cori.After getting spat out into space the lion came and grabbed him."nice timing bud" he said a bit pissed at it

"Red lion obtained, now hurry and finish off the fleet so we can get the black lion" Aerulla shouted over the comms.

Kai immediately felt adrenaline run through him. Charging up his mouth blast, he took care of one of the few remaining ships. "Cori, Red is in the best condition right now, I'd suggest you and Heidi focus on the flagship while me and Darrian focus on the smaller guys here" Kai gave his plan of attack

"Yeah...okay." Darrian's pained voice said over the com. "Gotta get...to...my Lion...first." She flinched as more shots hit her shield. She lowered it and broke into a run, her hand still clamped over her wound.

Heidi tried to fix her com, but couldn't hear anything,"Arten? Aereulla? Are you there? Can you hear me?" When she saw Cori come out of the ship in his lion but no green lion she knew something was up. "Darrian, can you hear me?"

"Yeah..." The Green Paladin's voice crackled through the comm, there was the sound of a struggle and shooting. Something grunted and Darrian's voice returned, "Sorry, ran...into a little... trouble."

Darrian made her way as fast as humanly possible to her Lion. It bent down and scooped her up in it's mouth as she passed beneath the hole she had made in the ship. "I'm in...my Lion."
