Earth is destroyed, blown up by alien AI to be exact. However humankind has not been destroyed completely, before earth blew up a spacecraft had been launched. You were on this ship, cryogenically frozen inside of a pod.
For awhile the ship floated through space, until it crashed on an seemingly abandoned planet, filled with lush plant life.

Personality: Akai is a little quiet, but when you get to know her she completely changes, she is outgoing, funny, kind, witty, and smart. She never gives up on a project, and so far Alti was her hardest project. She is very reckless though. She had no sense of " Safe and planning " She loves what she does, and gets mad when people tell her how to fix/build something, or if they boss her around, just because she is younger then most mechanics. She is rather clumsy as well.
Skills: Very good at building technology. She even made her own familiar.
Backstory: Akai's parents weren't able to make it on the ship, well, she hasn't found out yet. They promised they'd be on the ship with her, but couldn't make it. She finds out when they land, she was one of the ones who was out asleep first.
Familiar: A panther like one, she considers it male, his name is Alti. She made him herself.
