I took a quick look at the pets in your stable, and the most obvious thing is that your pets are not eqiuped.
I'll recommend you to read this thread on the pros and cons of each proficiency, as well as how to gear your pet, and make changes from there. As much as you can, keep upgrading your pets equipment according to their level, and use epic and above equipment. Equipment is the main way to boost your pets stats, so that is very important. Make sure you are using the right type of equipment for your pet proficiency, to make sure they are efficient in battle.
The main way to get equipments would be to do more missions, or buy them from other players on the trade broker. (and you can sell back what you don't need as your pet upgrades to get some gold back)
Another thing you should have by now, is two pets in your party. Currently I only see one pet in your party, and he's not even your highest leveled pet. If you don't have the capacity for two party pets yet, go to the town's plaza and speak to the trainer.
Then, you should get your two highest level pets as your party pets. It's best that their levels not be too far apart. So you can either battle elsewhere to raise up the level of the lower leveled pet, or get some experience orbs to use on it.
As of this point in the storyline, the bosses are generally not tricky. Just have a lot of health and deal a lot of damage.
It can help to level a few levels past the boss level before challenging them, or obtaining higher level pets to train, control, and use instead, but I personally wouldn't recommend doing that. The bosses are there to help make sure you are able to understand how your pets and battles work, so it'll cost less damage and resources to play around to see what works for you now, rather than at a later stage, especially once you reach the point where bosses are tricky and you can't over-level before fighting them.
