The year is 2025, seven years after the humans were all killed out by a deadly virus that targeted them and creating a mass extinction event. Not all was lost though, if anything this gave the Earth the fighting chance it needed to start again. First to move one and regain their control were the plants followed closely by the pets and animals humans held dear. Times have changed now, animals rule this earth that we have left behind. The struggle for survival has never been more apparent, nor primitive. The large carnivores managed to break out of their confinements in the zoos, while over smaller animals, left to die in their cages and homes, parished. Only the strongest managed to privile and even thrive in this once near barren landscape. In these long seven years the buildings have begun to crumble, the streets themselves giving out. But life is far from over, each day new ones begin while others come to an end. The circle never changes.
This story takes place in New York, among it's now decrepit streets as the animals fight for survival. Prides have formed, packs as well and each are in a constant struggle for power and for food. Will you become a leader or will you die trying? Only time will tell....
