The Kingdom of Crystalline has a secret society of people who vowed to protect the kingdom with their life. They each are in charge of a gemstone, which controls certain things in the kingdom. Certain people are invited to the society to host an element when they turn 14. For many years, the kingdom of Crystalline has lived in harmony. Many years later, the controller of Onyx decided to rebelle against this, and is now trying to take control of the kingdom.

Donathan is a sweet and gentle boy. He is quiet and very polite and doesn't like to argue. He is peaceful and hates having to fight, though he will attack if he is forced to. He is very logical and smart and doesn't like people who jump to conclusions.
History:
Donathan was always an orphan, his family had abandoned him at the orphanage at a very young age. He doesn't remember his parents very well. He was treated like any other child, with love and care and a little bit of discipline. However, as he got older, the people who ran the orphanage noticed very peculiar things about him. He loved to be outside, which was normal for a child, but he also talked to plants and other things related to nature. He always brought in flowers and always had something in his hair, a leaf or a twig.
The orphanage had a large backyard full of dead grass and decayed trees. As punishment for something he did, they made Donathan sleep in the backyard. The next morning, when they went to check on him, they found that the backyard had been transformed into a beautiful garden. Flowers had sprung up from the now green grass and fertile dirt. A large weeping willow had sprouted up from the ground, casting a shadow over the garden.
The people who ran the orphanage were shocked and a bit terrified. How could a young boy grow a garden this big and beautiful overnight? They came to a conclusion that he was some sort of demon, and they kicked him out of the orphanage. Donathan, who was 14 at the time, didn't know what to do. He ran to a nearby forest, where he took refuge in a large oak tree. He does not know that he is a gemstone guardian.
