So, after discussing the idea with my DM, my character, a druid, is going to part of a custom circle, titled "The circle of bees" and, as the name suggests, she is a bee master. Secretly, and over the course of our adventure, my character will be collecting thousands of bees, and the rest of the party doesn't know this. We're planning a campaign this weekend, so next time an incredibly powerful enemy shows up, I will be like "Guys. Chill, I can take this guy" And then in the distance, a low buzzing will start, it will progressively get louder and louder, until it becomes a deafening sound as thousands of bees swarm the enemy, killing him with their bee abilities.

With my old group, we came across something (at this point I can't remember exactly what it was or what the curse or spell was) that changed my character into a living teddy bear. The DM fully intended to reverse the effects, leaving all these hints that such-and-such would revert my character to normal, but I found the whole idea of playing a teddy bear amusing and just ignored everything. A few weeks after the initial transformation (we got together on weekends, so it wasn't like full weeks of playing), I showed up at the DM's house and he had a new character sheet put together for me with stats for a custom teddy bear species, as well as weapon and gear stat changes (as the belongings on my character had all been transformed along with him).

And then a couple months later, on our last gathering before Christmas (since we would all be away from town for a couple of weekends), the DM's wife gave me a homemade teddy bear of my character, complete with a little plush sword, flute and a little backpack filled with plastic "gold coins". (I will try to locate a picture, I know I have one, just not sure where it is at the moment).

There was a time that my group was kind of exploring a little village, and then a group of rough-looking human soldiers come in. Naturally. Well, we have no humans in our group, but we do have two half-elves. A quick disguise, and they look human enough. They approach, and the humans said they're looking for evil. My character, a dragonborn of 'evil dragon' descent who isn't the brightest bulb in the box, decided to come up to speak with them, as well. The humans are wary, but our disguised half-elves speak kindly on my behalf, and I roll a high enough compliment to keep the humans from kidnapping me. Meanwhile, the other member of our party, a tiefling bard, was sitting in the tavern. No one liked him all that much; he just loved gossiping. Though, he did kind of get along with my character, a compulsive liar. So, we tell the humans, 'oh, yeah! There's a tiefling in that tavern over there'. The head of the soldiers goes to investigate and our tiefling is like '!!!' 'Let me play you a song on my mandolin'. Rolls a natural one. So, the strings of his mandolin broke on the first strum. The humans took him and left. The rest of our party laughed about it for a while before being like 'yeah we should probably go save him'.

But when we were just starting with this group, well, we started with only three of our six. The others would be coming in the next week. It started with just the lawful good half-elf paladin, me, and the bard. Now, did I mention that my character is a compulsive liar, and the bard likes to gossip? Well. When the other three came into the group, and they asked us to explain the story of us being set on the mission, our paladin started, but then I interjected. ''Oh, great, mighty dragonborn!' they said. 'Please, oh please, with your immense strength, avenge our sheriff and return our village's jewels!'' Our paladin was like '??? no that's not how it happened', but the bard jumped onto the story. 'Yeah, yeah, that's it! Don't listen to the half-elf; the entire village wanted to worship the dragonborn'. And then, we rolled to persuade. I rolled high, bard rolled high, paladin rolled low. With the other three members added to our group, they believed my story, and on top of that, were even suspicious of our lawful good paladin!

Now, a little more information about my character's interactions with the paladin. The paladin is, as I said, lawful good. My character, I believe, was either chaotic good or chaotic neutral, I can't remember. Well, my character also had an unfortunate addiction: collecting fingers. Like. She would just cut fingers off of dead bodies and put them in her satchel. Well, one time, after we killed the humans that had taken our bard, the paladin would not let me take the fingers. He was like 'no, these were good people. Do not desecrate their bodies'. And it turned into this big ordeal where I tried to sleight-of-hand every chance I got.

After that, we were just kinda hanging around in the camp, seeing what we could find. My dragonborn went into a tent, and then remembered the magic ring she had bought prior. Unaware of what it does, she meant to give it to the bard as a joke. However, in light of celebrations, she decided to put it on her left pinky finger (note: she's right-handed). Of course! It was a curse! It aged my dragonborn by 25 years, and then caused disadvantages to her attacks. SO, naturally, she cut off her own finger. And, naturally, she kept her own finger in her satchel. The disadvantages went away, but alas, she had walked into that tent at age 21 and walked out at age 46.

Not quite Dnd, but a camp counselor I had was playing it with some older campers and counselors. It was like a futuristic Dnd, where your descicsions were based off of Jenga towers. Theyd survived alien invasions, zombie apocalypses, and cultists.

The thing that killed them all:

My friend got color-changing string up lights in her basement, where we play d&d. So, whenever we change settings, she would click a button on the remote to change the lighting to fit the mood. This was an amazing idea, and made the game a lot more immersive, but she forgot to account for one thing- us.

"Your party enters the forest-" (light changes to green) "SKRAEKAKEAJEHADASDKFJAJSEEEEEE"

Our entire party would just scream for a solid 40 seconds before we began to even calm down.

Last night, me and my friends had a fairly short d&d game, with a small party. We started with 3 memebers, but it dropped to 2 after one had to leave early, so it was me, a ranger, and the DM

There's 2 main things that go on this night

1) the trick up my cloak, which involves my custom druidic circle, the druidic circle of bees. I ended up robbing a guy and stealing a car by threatening him with 100,000 bees. Since I only have 1 friend who was there, if we both keep the secret, I will be able to slay my enemies using bees, which are all hidden under my cloak

2) Shameshka the maurder, king of crossroads, has become my sugar mommy

I've just started a game and we are...hmmm...w days in?My character is half dark elf/half human,Draconian sorceress. She has white hair with gold highlights, gold eyes, fights with a sickle and wears mainly black.

So far in our story my group (Dark Elf,Orc like thing-monk,Human-Knight, and a human cleric)has been hired by a trader to find a mystery box that was stolen by theives. Before leaving,i made a comment we will never forget.I said "creepy Butler" and my DM made me role for stealth,i rolled a one...we've never gotten over it/We made it out of the city, got attacked by a bear. And that was day 1.Day 2 we made it to a small road and found a boy running from something,it ended up being tht he dropped a holy artifact down a well cuasing the undead to come to life.We fought the undead and are currently staying at the abandoned village church where the boy and the church runner live.
