To get myself back into creative mode, I need some outside help! I want to write a story but I need ideas on:
Conflict
Goal
Reason
Setting

Once I have some base I will be able to think up some characters and a world. I used to be able to take a blank document and write 20 pages of story in 2 hours or less, but I have lost my imaginative spark! I need some help getting this flame back.

AAaand I think a RP would be good motivation to keep me going. I have a bunch of characters collecting dust that would make a good RP, though they are all animals because I can't draw humans.

Please note, I want to write a fictional, fantasy story with humans and animals in it. Magic based and natural occurring species! I have some ideas floating around but have lost my understanding of how to start

- fantasy and fictional, magical, mysterious
- Earthy environment with exaggerated landscapes and fictional life
- Elves, trolls, goblins, humans (Think LOTR with my own species mixed in and different takes on the creatures themselves)
- not all animals talk but some of them are enchanted in this way
- everyone is pursuing the same goal in different ways and somehow there is conflict here

So please feel free to leave a comment, imagination and creativity are what I thrive in in life but I have felt it burning out lately :( I need to rekindle! I need a brainstorm! Let's plot!

Thanks for the ideas!! It definitely sparks the child in me with the animal main characters which gets me thinking imaginatively again :) But I do want to focus to be more on humans/humanoids with the animals being held in a higher, more magical understanding. For example, Aslan from Narnia, you know? I want to reach all kinds of fantasy creatures animal and human alike to reach multiple age groups if that makes sense! And thanks again for the brainstorm!
