"Fine." The woman sighed as she stood she stretched a bit before walking forward some. She froze though as a howl broke the silence, followed by a scream. "Onmund?!"

Samie quickly stood, hearing the commotion. She ran back into the cave, hearing more screams. "Toril? Patrick? Onmund? What happened?!" The siren sprinted back into Toril's part of the cave, seeing Toril, but no Onmund. "Was that Onmund? Where is he?!"

She didn't answer, there was no time to. As she ran forward past the girl she took up the sword that she carried as a weapon. As fast as she could manage she ran forward towards where the sound came from. God why was it always him?! It seemed everything was happening to him lately! Did some higher power have something against him, or did they just like seeing him get hurt? The woman tore through the underbrush. Score finally coming to a clearing. There she found the man, pinned to the ground by the animal. "How dare you! Let go of him!"
"No Toril wait!" Onmund called rolling out from under the animal. "It's not what it looks like!"

Samie quickly ran after Toril, not waiting to see if Patrick was coming. As she ran through the underbrush she didn't think about anything other than the animal Patrick saw the night before. Toril got a good 50 feet ahead of her, but she could still hear what was happening. The siren heard Onmund then came through the bush, seeing him under an animal. "What the f*ck? I ran all this way and it's not what it looks like?"

"I'm not even sure what it looks like." Toril said watching as the man got between her and the large wolf. "Care to explain?"
"I was helping him, he was hurt. I touch his leg wrong and he snapped as me so I fell. Then he started licking my face. I swear he didn't try to harm me!"

Samie rolled her eyes and started to walk back to the cave, then realized how angry she was at Patrick. "I thought we weren't supposed to go outside of the cave in the daylight unless it's for hunting or water?" The siren suddenly became self-conscious of her legs, but had no idea why. These people had seen her legs since they met her, but they still made her uncomfortable. "Why was it howling?"

"We can go out just we can't go to town." Toril said putting her weapon away. "And the only reasons a wolf howls is to call up their friends. You should be happy it's not howling. The question now is what do we do with it?"
"Can we keep it?!"

Samie raised an eyebrow,"You want to keep a wolf, which is apart of a pack of not so friendly wolves, in our small, cold, one exit, cave?" The siren sat down the the shade under a tree and looked around, watching for other wolves or soldiers.
