Can you breed pet for stat or do they have a preset stat and no matterwhat pets you breed it will not go higher tell you raise it's level?

Yes you can breed for stat, you can selectively breed pets to get better stats. The maximum stat are 2000 healt and 100 for the others stat ( mana can go up too 120 but there is no real way to boost it).
For that type of project you will nead a lot of prismatic philter, a way to test your offsprings (test them as egg) and a lot of patience.

In order to boost mana, you will have to find pets with high/max mana to breed to. The offspring will inherit mana anywhere between the two parents, so it can be a very tedious process.
It is something I have been working on with most of the regular species and if I was not crazy before, it has certainly made me more. Lol!
