A Perfume of Themed Attraction draws Themed pets toward the player, but the species and Theme could be anything. For those who have good luck with encountering the Sylesties they actually want, this is great.

For the rest of us, I suggest that we need a Themed Species Restraining Order. This would be a one-use item, and a player would not be able to use it and a Perfume at the same time. Likewise, a player could not use more than one TSRO at a time.

Example of use: The player has used a Themed Species Restraining Order (Aardvark) and entered a Festival Zone. The TSRO has no effect on anything until the RNG determines the player has encountered a Themed pet.

1.a. The decision cycle determines that the Themed pet is not-Aardvark. The Themed pet encounter proceeds normally, with the TSRO having no effect whatsoever.
1.b. The decision cycle determines that the Themed pet is an Aardvark.-->
2. This returns the process to "what species?" -->
3. The RNG once again selects a species. -->
4.a. If the species then selected is not-Aardvark, a Themed pet of the newly-selected species appears, the TSRO is used up, and the Themed pet encounter proceeds normally.
4.b. If the species then selected is Aardvark, goto 2.

OK, I didn't express that elegantly, but hopefully it gets the idea across. The player who has had enough of running into Themed of a species they don't want still gets to encounter a Themed pet when such an encounter comes up, but it won't belong to the overabundant (for that player) species.

P.S. I used "Aardvark" for a pet species, because every real Sylestia species has lots of fans, and I didn't want to insult anyone's favorite.
