This started a few festivals back and should have reported it then so I apologize for that. Its been on any new festival item <currently the exceptional grove philter> when I hover over it in my inventory it "flickers" quickly and I can't read the item description. It forms the description box but it just flickers so fast you can't read what the item is or does.

Yes sir that would be it. Mine seems to flicker a LOT faster though

It should be fixed.
Try clearing your cache to update your script file.
