Is there a way to increase the stats that are in parentheses on an Adult Sylestia? I feel like I have looks everywhere but couldn't find an answer.

I think those are the bace stats of the pet, what they were born with

nope, as Draumrkopa said, they're base stats, the stats the pet is born with. Those are permanent, and can only be increased by breeding children with stat increasers, such as with philters applied at hatching or nurtures at the hatchling stage.
