I'm just wondering if Valentine Lace is a restricted trait.

It is supposed to be but it is so widespread that it really isn't that restricted.

Oh, okay. Because somebody wants a restricted trait Sylesti for a Secret Santa thing, and I have several puffs with Valentine Lace and I wasn't sure if it counted.
