I must say I prefer the current layout, but the new one seem to be good too~ :3
I'll be looking forward to navigate on the new layout, I'm sure it'll be great and that I'll find myself back real fast, just gotta get used to and I bet I'll love it too~ <3

I do prefer the current header info (Date, timestamp, the fact that one isn't even displaying a weather, etc). All that little corner looks really cramped and cluttered. I like everything other than that part.

Too many colors? I only use the blue, dark grey, and light grey.
For the navigation, I made it with tablets/phones in mind. I know that it's semi difficult to navigate atm on touch screens. So the new menu should be much easier to use with that.
And I'm still messing w/ that small box to the right of the menu. I don't really like it either atm.

I like this layout. And I prefer the way the date is in this layout. I like it has season/weather and big counting numbers for the time.
But I am ok with the new layout.
Just don't make it to stylish please. A lot of places are doing that and it makes many places feel less homey and unpersonal.
Take the hotmail - outlook change. Hotmail was warm and homey looking, outlook is cold and stylish. I hate outlook with a passion
So don't change the looks of your wonderfull place to much because it already looks great.

Still not liking the corner much at all. I feel like it kills some of the character of the site to remove all of the cute little info boxes, and it doesn't have timestamp info now which is handy for auctions in case your own clock isn't syncing up with the site. =/
I think the weather and timestamp boxes give a bit of charm that this just.. doesn't have.
