Melody looked down at her hands and played with the sleeves of her shirt. Her eyes slid over to watch the policeman who stood at the front of the bus. Melody had stolen a few things and broken into a few places- but she hadn't expected to end up here- a run-down and dusty bus with nine or so other kids.

Damen hunched down under the folds of his black hoodie, thankful (despite the heat) that it hadn't been confiscated. He wasn't sure what he'd do without the shadows to hide in.

I sulk in the back of the bus. I am glad my brother and the rest of my gang didn't get caught, the distraction that landed me here ensured it. I wonder if I can break through a wall and escape.

Blue sighed and closed her eyes. She really didnt want to be here, now her dream of becoming a kindergarten teacher was ruined. I took the blame to keep my friend safe, I did the right thing... I hope. She said quietly

Clik was stuck on this stupid bus....He pet the small tabby he had hidden in his jacket making sure no one saw bluestar..he saw some other kids on the bus,he slid his hood farther onto his face

Winry wanted to lean against the window, but her head still ached from the last time she had tried that. The road was definitely not well-used. She sighed, and stared out the window, watching the scenery speed by.

Marie sat in the back of the bus, her arms folded. She made sure to keep her spray cans of paint well hidden, underneath her jacket. She looked out of the window, watching the street go by. She didn't want to be here, not on this bus or with these other kids.Yet, she was stuck here for what seemed like the rest of her life.

The policeman spun around to the sound of the cat. "What was that?" He asked the kids. "I swear, if any of you kids are playing tricks, It'll be another year for you in camp!"
Melody held a hand to her mouth and held back a chuckle. The mewling had come from the seat behind her, she believed. When the policeman turned away, she looked over the back of her seat at the boy. "What was that?" She whispered.
