Darrian pulled up on the wheel of the ship. She was the pilot this time and she was trying not to crash the simulated aircraft. She had to get better at this. She couldn't afford to anger Garrison. "Ahh!" She cried as the simulated aircraft shuddered grazing an artificial jagged spire of rock.

"No! nonono! c'mon, I'm so close, just hold out a little longer!" Will cried, slamming a fist on the controls of the escape pod he was piloting, which had just run out of gas. He was now free-falling into the planet who's atmosphere he had just entered.

Darrian growled and punched the buttons of the simulated aircraft in frustration as the ship darkened around her. Where was Dustin? She flinched as the lights blinked on and the simulator faded away. "I thought I told you not to punch the controls." A familiar, grouchy voice came from behind. Darrian spun around on her heels, wincing, she faced Garrison. "Yes, sir, sorry sir." She said standing straighter than a pole, sweat beaded on her forehead as she quietly watched Garrison leave. Whew. She thought slumping to the ground and leaning against a wall.

Dustin stood next to Darrian after the flight simulator. "Well, that could've gone better." he said slowly walking away.

"Ya think?" Darrian muttered coughing into a gloved hand. "Whatever happened to the third crew member? I had to take their place as the pilot. That was not at all fun."

"No idea where they went. Probably slept in or something." he said.

Darrian facepalmed and let out an exasperated sigh. "They better get their sorry butt over here before I hunt them down and strangle them for being late."

Dustin paced around. "Calm down. Yeah, they cost us the simulator but there's no need for strangling. Maybe just a stern talk would be better." he said "Hunting them down though seems like a good idea since it looks like they're not gonna be showing up anytime soon."

Scrambling to her feet, Darrian cracked her knuckles. "Let's go then." She said briskly walking towards the simulator exit.
