So, I have wanted to get into DA for the longest time, and it just so happens that I will be touring the school soon. Auditions are on January 11th, and the requirements are at least 3 recent drawings (as I am trying to get into the visual arts, drawing or sculpting specifically) and at least one photo, sculpture or more art. So, I have decided to start working on the sculpting part. I finished the upper head (cheeks, upper jaw, deep eyes for the follow me effect) an hour ago, and I am planning on doing the lower jaw, teeth, eyes and ears tomorrow, as well as smoothing out some of those unsightly bumps with a thin layer of clay. I have a small test tongue for it already, but I may make one out of clay as well. It won't be painted, furred or anything like that. After I get back to school, I will start drawing for my portfolio (so mich still life and poses for humans, dear lord) and I will aim to be bringing in an actual foam base for Hawk when I do go to the auditions (or a furred version. Whichever happens first.)

It looks beautiful! I'm almost done with the last pieces, which will take a while to dry and hold.. I literally used 4 sticks of hot glue in just an hour
