A reboot of Pokemon advanced scientifics but with a different story

On a remote island in the middle of the ocean, scientists set up a civilization, and on an island not far from that, a lab to create the future of humanity: Hybrids of Pokemon and Humans. The island is protected by an inescapable barrier, to keep the hybrids in. The lab, only inhabited by the scientists and their Pokemon, are monitoring the island, which is divided by five towns currently and has no Pokmon on it. There's an internet channel set up for any electronic hybrids, but it's closed off to the other parts of the vast internet, protected by many Porygon Z

The island lived peacefully for around 5 years, every once in a while some new hybrids would appear, but from inside the company, there were people working against the containment, creating hybrids to try to overthrow the island and cause chaos. The five are unknown to the lab, no one knows who or what they are. The scientists created more hybrids to counter the ones the anti-islanders created

Rules:
Only one anti per player
Don't control other people's characters
Hybrids don't have many powers
Hybrid's aren't stronger than normal Pokemon, and are much weaker
The island is inescapable
You can have as many normal hybrids as you want
Ditto hybrids would just be normal humans, no none of those either
Only breedable pokemon hybrids
