Mizuiro is from a long line of hybrid ninjas from outside the island. Apparently his ancestors in japan discovered how to hybridize long before western influence made its way to japan.
Mizuiro is the next in line to be head of the family, and as such has been entrusted with a very important mission. His mission is to infiltrate the island and gather information to send back. All so that his allies on the outside can find a way to take the island down, either from the outside or if need be from within.
He must do all of this without being discovered, it is a difficult task but someone has to do it.

Accepted! but hybrids dont really have levels or movesets, just special abilities gained from their Pokemon parts, and Mizuiro wouldn't really be part of the Rp, since the island isn't anywhere close to any land, and the border extends a bit into the ocean, so he wouldn't really get to participate in anything

I was thinking perhaps you could make a small exception on the border thing so that mizuiro could somehow find a way in but not be able to get back out. (The ocean thing isn't a problem for him seeing as he is water type)
Perhaps he has a contact in the laboratory or something who was able to get him in but got caught so now he cant get back out or send any messages outside the island. Essentially the plan goes horribly wrong and now Mizuiro has to work things out on his own.


Also the level and moveset thing are more for me than anyone else.
