There is a flash of silver really quick, so quick, in fact, that it felt like you were hallucinating. It was metallic silver, close to the silver of the Griffin.
She gritted her teeth and pressed on.

The Griffin led you guys out of the forest and started going around it. After some time, you head water. As you walked, you still caught sight of. A metallic silver flash. Maybe it wasn't so fake after all.

You run. The more you run, the less real it seems. Black fog swirls around you like living shadows as it slowly fades away. Ahead of you, you can make out some sort of light.

You run abruptly into bright light. The black fog around you sizzles and melts away in the brightness. Beside you, you see the dragon watching you. "Good job!" He says. "Now come along." The hallway was bright again, made of gold and set with gemstones.

The griffin seemed unaware of the flashes, but when you touched its shoulder, you could feel it shaking, as if it felt something too.
