I am level 60 yet I have never been able to get one of these before. Then again I am not allowed to participate much whenever the festival is going on. I don't have much money, only about 60k but may I be allowed to take the Aurleon Catalyst?

Normally I would say yes, but I put up that anyone under Lvl. 60 could have a free one, so I would be disobeying my own rules if I gave you one. Sorry :(
