Yesterday I got a Cicada Aviator's Cutlass (Harlequin) from a boss and used it, but when I checked my wardrobe for it today, it still said it was locked.
I've checked the other new Festival items, and nothing is unlocked, so I didn't just mistake the item. It's not in my inventory or the trade broker, so this is the last thing I can think of.

Still says it's in your inventory.

I checked again, but I'm still not seeing it. I took some screenshots; the only of the new festival items I can find are the two I won today.

Sorry, I didn't realize you were thinking it was a cutlass.

The only listing in the database from the cicada set is that of the claw.

Those two were items I found today and didn't use because I was worried they would vanish, too. The one item from yesterday that I tried to add to my wardrobe was a Cutlass, but I unfortunately didn't think to take any screenshots of it before using, and losing, it, so I guess there's no proof of it. :/

Did you maybe trade it away or something by accident?

I searched both active and deleted items for your userid and "cicada" and that glove was the only item that came back.

I did check my trade log while I was hunting for it, just in case, but it wasn't there either.
I bought a staff to see if I could replicate the bug, but it went to wardrobe properly. If no one else is having the problem, then hopefully it was just a freak accident. If that's possible...

(It's nice to know I didn't accidentally delete it, though; I was getting worried I'd clicked the wrong button and was reporting a bug that didn't exist.)

Welp, I found my "bug". I mistook a Dagger for a Cutlass, and didn't realize there were two different sections in the wardrobe for the new Summer items. I'm very sorry for the trouble, Krin.
