Appearance: like this but super pale huaman with one Red eye and one Grey eye,her star is always under her hood

Background:Her mother and father had her in secret and her grandfather(Big baron dude) had her parents killed because her mom was betrothed and whatever,so she was raised on her own with a lot of people fearing her
