I'd like some practice drawing hair, accessories, etc. So I am offering digital colorings off of bases. (I color/edit skin, eyes, add accessories, etc.)
Please pick a base from here: http://bases-for-all.deviantart.com/ or any base you find on deviant art that allows use. (I do not own them please read the rules before choosing?) I can do backgrounds/themes but I can't promise anything.
I don't have examples but they are free so?

did you want me to change the color of the outfit? also did you want me to leave it with one eye or do you want me to add it so there are two

Avatar/OC based off of: Mine! But you can choose which outfit you'd be more comfortable doing.
extras: I really do want my staff in there; and I must have the wings; I'd really really like some kind of smoke/fog around me. Kind of part of the character.
Background?: Totally not needed. Unless my fog/smoke counts as a background. Then yes?
I'll tip 25k anyway, and more if it comes out well!
