I'm assuming so. She has been absolutely swamped with both school and extra curricular stuff. For a while, at least, I'll probably be taking over or forcing her to respond more often....

The flower's roots come up with a snap. The roots are connected to others, so you ended up pulling up a half dozen flowers. "Well, okay then..." he bends down and starts pulling up flowers as well.

"So how do they effect normal people, Mr. Immortal" she taunted him half-jokingly and she began picking some petals off of the flowers, "And.. animals?"

I couldn't find the last post... I feel bad for asking, but if you could write a quick recap, I'd be grateful. (So sorry, again!)

He snorts. "Well, for starters they affect any non-divine being. They kill you slowly, painfully. They produce a neurotic in the pollen that generally forces you to laugh because of the area of the brain it affects. Basically you die laughing, but in pain... Most animals know to avoid it, but every day there are at least a few animals that catch a wiff of the sweet smell of the flowers."

He points to something in the distance, right at the edge of the woods.

To your surprise, nothing jumps out at you. However, the rotting smell has become noticeably more pungent. The room in pitch black.You hear a faint noise coming from the far end of the room. The noise is familiar. The sound of chewing, the smacking sound that occurs when they are audaciously chewing gum.
