Full Name: Rick Knight

Personality: Rick is very much a stereotypical nerd. He works hard, and studies everything, including going further than he should in his knowledge. He enthuses about shows and games, and is often socially awkward if not talking about something similar. He is very caring about others, but will not risk his life, as he fears death far too much. When things go wrong, he often gets frustrated very quickly, and failure is not something that he often encounters in his day-to-day life, and as such using his powers tends to affect him, as he is not particularly adept at practical work as opposed to knowledge-based things.

Family- any at school?: Rick is an only child, and both of his parents are still alive. His mother is far more adept at magic than his father, and he has a combination of many different group abilities in his family tree, however only sound manipulation is the one that he is able to use. He doesn't have any cousins, uncles, or aunts, as his parents do not have any siblings, and, although he has grandparents, he has never met them.
Background: Rick has had a normal life - admittedly, not one that is particularly exciting. Being afraid of taking risks, Rick has never really stepped outside his comfort zone. His hesitancy to do so got him a few nasty comments at school, but generally he was respected and being known for being a kind and somewhat shy person - with the exception of within his group, who knew him as a rather over-the-top, defensive character. He was encouraged by his parents to take the entry exam, and is still not certain if he will enjoy the academy because of the challenges it presents.

So, everyone. I'll create the rp (Atomicbomb345 your character is accepted) and the opening scene will be the trip to the island. There are less than 100 students in every year, so all of them will travel in a airplane. The trip takes a day, and our charcaters will be assigned to sit in the same row. That way they can meet before they reach school, and then they can become friends at the school.
