Does anyone else have problems accepting them? I get the notification in the inbox, accept that, head over to the user's profile, press "Add to Friends," ... and nothing. Sometimes the button will change to the option "Remove from Friends," which I assume means that I've successfully accepted the request, but more often than not, nothing changes. Am I missing something here?

Sylestia friends service is a bit weird.

if someone adds you as a friend and you accept it, they can see / remove you from friends.
if you add someone and they accept your request, you can see / remove them from friends then.

so, if someone added you and you accepted the request and then added them, they should accept your request as well, otherwise you won't see them in your friendlist even though you have accepted their request already.
