$1 buys 100 diamonds on sylestia and 1 pass on howrse.
So 1 pass =100 diamonds
1 diamond = 2400g (that's just an estimation)
Soo...
A golden apple = 1 pass --> 100 diamonds --> 240k
Medusa's blood = 1 pass --> 100 diamonds --> 240k
Philosopher's Stone = 3 passes --> 300 diamonds --> 720k
However, I can give a discount if you buy more than 1 item. Also I'm not so in need of currency right now, so I'd accept trades too. I'm interested in prism philters and themed disrupters, and these pets:

i'll want all this eventually (though i might take some things off based on what i get from events and things), but i don't have enough to trade for it all now.
i already got 500 diamonds for the passes, and those i can just set up a horse sale for, but the items i'll have to wait a little before i can collect anything, because i just barely made a new account (i'm not sure what happened to the old one, but it disappeared on me), so i can't get onto the item exchange yet. i have about 17 days (i think).
anyway, in terms of item buying, i might have to wait a bit and gather gold, but in term of item trading, see list below.

my pets - pick any, and i'll see. most i will be willing to trade at this point, but some maybe not. the last stable it completely emptied at this point, so don't even bother checking there.

Ok, for items, I'm interested in the prism philters. I can trade 2 Philote's stroke, 3 Medusa's blood, and 1 chrono's timer for all 5 philters.
As for pets, here's a list of all that I'm interested in. I probably won't take all of them, but I'd like to know which ones you are willing to part with. :)

for the prismas, first of all, one of them sold, so i now have only four, but as soon as i heard you wanted them, i took the rest off the trade broker. second, this is mostly my fault, but i would not like to trade for the offer you gave. i neglected to say anything about my priority in trading, and since medusa bloods and philotes strokes are much easier to get than some of the other things there, they are not the ones i want to trade for first.

Ok, I set up the diamond exchange.
I can trade the 4 philters for 1 Morpheus arms and 1 Chronos' Timer.
So, I looked up the prices for the following pets:
