(note that I was not on the site when customs were allowed; might have missed something)
tl;dr: you can't make customs now.
some years ago there were monthly avatar items released every...month...obviously. ;w; and users were allowed to repaint those items using photoshop or other programs, and for some additional payment their items were made in game and given to them. when admins cancelled releasing monthlies, customs became unavailable.

hi Loki, i heard you where intrested in custom items and i have 1 myself.
i have my last one on the broker for 1,5mil gold (i'm trying to save up gold for fall fest, becaus well making 2 pares of everything costs a lot of money) even with all the help i get. so let me know if your intrested.

customs are usually sold for 100-150 diamonds as far as I know, that's about 250k gold ;w;

i have 5 or maby 7 of in game and i don't plan on adding to that anytime soon. and i won't go that low i value my item for more then that.
