I have multiple inventory items that I would like to sell one or two of. The problem is, when I list them there is no way to differentiate that you only want to sell one item.
Is there a way to "spread them out" in your inventory so that you can sell one at a time?
Thank you for your help!

I'm also using a Mac, and holding "Shift" while selecting stacks to separate them works for me. I'm not sure what's causing your problem - maybe a keyboard issue? If it keeps up you can send me whatever you want to sell, I can split them for you, and I'll send them back.

Thank you - it worked - just needed to get the "combination" of when to hit shift and when to hit the item.

Can you share your secrets, please? I use a Mac too and I can't seem to get it right.

In this case, I was specifically splitting stacks of items.
In most cases, the commands are the same. However, I found that the browser I was using made a difference. I ended up using Chrome because I could not view the battle scenes on Safari or Firefox. In many cases, I kinds of ended up using trial and error or asked regarding a specific item.
If there is a specific item that you need help with, I might be able to help with. If it is the Mac in General, then I would put it out as a a new forum topic and see if someone with more knowledge (including myself) might be able to help.

I'm just trying to break my decorated eggs down into more manageable stacks, or any of my other items really, but no matter how many times I hold shift and click, nothing happens. Is there some magical way that you fixed that problem? Or did it decide to work suddenly or something?

For me it was finding the timing - but if done at the same time you also need to click an empty space to move the extra one to (if that makes sense).
Now I need to remember what happens when you get it right, Click on the stack to select it while holding the shift key. Then select an empty space (still holding shift). You will get a message asking how much to split. Then, the remaining items will move to the second spot.
However, if you want to use your eggs you need to click on the stack and click use (like you wanted to use any item in your inventory) and the eggs will be available for you to use to purchase items. They are like currency. Clicking and then clicking use item allows you to "spend" them.
Let me know if that is confusing.
