If I breed two pets :
Example A
4 regen points available
Example B
7 regen points available
What happens if I breed them?

I'm assuming you mean regenerable pets that haven't had their point assigned. If you breed a regen pet that hasn't had it's points assigned, it treats it as a 0 vis, 0 carry pet. So, if you breed two regen pets that haven't had their points assigned, you'll get a 0 trait baby.
