Just wondering- the spring peach vulnyx is a special theme like the springtime zols, just not tagged because they were earlier right?

Correct. They originated from the 2013 spring festival. The tag system wasn't implemented until the 2013 fall fest. The system was already in place for the 2013 summer fest pets though so when it was implemented the pets that got left out were the 2012 winter event reindeer qitaries, the two types of 2013 valentine bulbories, and the various 2013 spring fest pets.
