Okay so you know about themed pets right? Well when two pets of the same theme have offspring, the offspring is considered a pure breed.

Glitterthesylveon is correct. The offspring of two tagged pets that are the same (for example your hurricanes) are pure breeds. Also the offspring of those offspring if breed with more hurricanes or the offspring of hurricanes is a pure blood.
In some cases it can be multiple generations but still pure. But you have to check carefully, you check via the "lineage" tab, you may have to check the lineage of grandparents or farther but it's worth it.

Good... These were caught hurricane quitari's babies so they are definitely hurricane purebreds
