it seems like a lot of people have un limited test kits....is there a way you can get them?

Yes, they are purchased from the Diamond Shop for 1,500 diamonds. They may also occasionally be available on the trade broker for high gold prices.

Just to clarify, the unlimited testing kits are not tradable, so those will never be on the broker. The ones you can find on the broker are the single use testing kits.
