Didn't exactly use any colors/etc. for what you said you liked but for this entry I used "metallic" colors (gold, silver, bronze/copper), here it is. Calling it (of course) Metallic Puff.
Edit: After seeing you said four entries allowed for each person I couldn't help myself and created some others.



This is a personal version of a Candy Puff; I tried to make its' fur and Genes resemble Peppermint Bark Chocolate.

And last one, I used all sorts of purples and blues. (Except for on the Fancy Trappings, where I used "Goldenrod" color)
