Provided that you have built your team correctly, he shouldn't be too much of a problem. There is a very useful guide on this if you are struggling with how to assign points.

The trick is is that one of the three is actually him - work out which one and defeat it, and you'll win the battle without having to fight the other two. I think the way to tell is that one of them is a little tougher to beat. Whether it is random or not as to which is real, I am not sure.

Hope this helped!

Yes, I think that that is the case. From the battle log, I don't think you can tell which is which, so I would just hit each one with an equal amount of power and see which one's health bar drops the least (for example, attack one with all of your pets on one turn, then do the same for the next, etc). I think he can heal, however, so make sure that you pay attention to the health bar immediately after you hit him.

Ok.

The fire attack randomly hits one of the other targets, so I would be careful with using that. For example, one turn, you could be attacking Aryth 1, and she could also hit Aryth 2. However, there would be an equal chance of her hitting Aryth 3 instead. Though I would imagine that the health gap is large enough for that to not be a problem.

Good luck! :)
