New Years resolution: Sketch and post something at least once a week. I'm really awful at updating these things, so I'll try one more time. For more frequent updates to happen, I'm pretty much going to be posting some scrap sketches that I like as well as some slightly more refined things, but most of this will be rather sketchy. Think like, concept sketches, work doodles and studies.
With my macbook down, this leaves me with my pens and pencils~ so I'm afraid there won't be any digital things for a while until I can get my poor baby repaired so I can access PSCS6 again.

This art it beautiful I love the character designs and am especially envious of the hair. I'm still trying to figure out a style of hair that I like (and can draw).

Thank you so much. <3 I personally love drawing hair~ :D
I would recommend practicing all different kinds of lines~ squiggly lines, straight lines, curly lines, curvy lines, etc. as well as understanding scalp points. My personal favorite hair is slightly curly~ :D Don't be afraid to try/practice new things~ always strive to understand textures as well. :)

I haven't drawn very well this week. Snagged a photoshop trial for a week and did mostly horribly, so this is currently all I have this week. TwT

Pfft, that's the farthest thing from "horrible" ever! And I just recently got photoshop elements 15 (permanent), could help you set it up if you want? I like editing my photographs from my Canon rebel camera, and doing photo manipulations, that's why I have it ^ ^.

That's alright~ I'd probably never remember. xD My friend showed me a lot of shortcuts on PSCS6 and I remember one of them~ I know my way around painting at least and that should be all I need~ thank you for the offer though. :)

Needed a break from playing Snow Wars. @.@
Been doing nothing but focusing almost entirely on wrapping up fest stuff this week, so this sketch was a much needed break.
I'm sure I'll be working on him more later.
