He is a demon. Let me explain to you why. Read a few lyrics from the original "Frosty The Snowman" song--
Oh, frosty yeah, oh frosty yeah
Frosty the snowman was a jolly happy soul
With a corncob pipe and a button nose
And two eyes made out of coal
Frosty the snowman is a fairy tale they say
He was made of snow but the children all know
How he came to life one day
There must have been some magic in that
Old silk hat they found
For when they placed it on his head

Frosty the snowman
Was alive as he could be
And the kids all say he could laugh
And play just the same as you and me
Frosty oh yeah, yeah, yeah (frosty, frosty the snowman) the snowman yeah yeah yeah
He led them down the streets of town
Right to the traffic cop

Stop, stop, stop

Wait wait wait wait wait-- Frosty the snowman was a jolly happy soul. What does that mean? He is now most likely not a jolly happy soul. Now let's use some more clues in the lyrics above.

With a corncob pipe and a button nose
And two eyes made out of coal

What did that say? With a PIPE? That means that he pollutes the air and, because he smokes a pipe, he is going to die soon. But look at this part of the lyrics-- Frosty the snowman was alive as he could be-- so he's not harmed by a pipe? Or-- now this is more likely-- Frosty always dies and comes back to life. Now he's more close to a demon.
Moving to another clue, he had two eyes made out of coal. Coal is black. Black, in China, means death. Of course, Frosty was not made in China, so that couldn't be it. You could say that coal helps people keep warm, so Frosty is a good snowman. That's not true. Coal burns when it gets too hot. Frosty's supposed to die if the coal burns, right? Well, it should, when it gets super hot. But Frosty would already be melted. Then, if that's the case, why is he back the next coming winter? To haunt us again?
There are infinite clues that state that Frosty the Snowman is actually a DEMON in his song. I'll be editing this post to state more clues if anyone pings me and wants me to.

It is curious, it never says he smokes the pipe, just that he has one. Which he was given by children. Legal smoking age (in NY at least) is 18. What are children doing with a pipe? Also, how would Frosty light it without melting, as smoking involves fire?

Well, in the animated version, he does indeed have a pipe, but there is no smoke seen from it, so he probably isn't really smoking. Also, it's a snowman not a snow boy, therefore, he is probably allowed to smoke anyway.

Frosty though, as he goes away, but if he goes to Antarctica, he would not burn, and approx, coal ignites at 900 degrees, which would be hard to reach unless you go really high into the atmosphere, which anything could burn up there, or build a huge bonfire, which is probably not the best idea. (Huge Runon Scentence XD) The coal could ignite if the pipe set them on fire tho.
